With more than 20 years of experience in the travel industry, she has dedicated herself to sharing the spirit of Central Asia and the wider Asian region with travellers from around the world.

As Destinations Manager Karligash combines deep local knowledge with hands-on experience as a tour operator, guide, and customer service specialist. Fluent in regional languages and deeply connected to the culture, she believes that meaningful travel goes beyond logistics.  it is about authentic connections, understanding, and unforgettable experiences.
